CPR BLS involves a series of steps, including checking for responsiveness, calling for help, performing chest compressions and rescue breathing, and using an automated external defibrillator (AED). The goal of CPR BLS is to help maintain the flow of oxygen to the brain and other vital organs until more advanced medical care can be provided.
Course usually run 2-2.5 hours depending on the student needs.
