1.Adverse effects of cholinesterase inhibitors used in Alzheimer’s disease include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, decreased appetite, weight loss, fatigue, drowsiness, dizziness, headache, muscle cramps, urinary incontinence, and increased sweating. These medications can also cause an increase in the risk of falls and fractures.

2.NMDA antagonists can decrease glutamate levels in the brain, they may also cause memory problems and impaired learning.

3.The most common adverse effects of aducanumab are headache, dizziness, nausea, and fatigue. Less common adverse effects include amyloid-related imaging abnormalities, arthralgia, and urticaria.
