Terms and Policies (Refund, CPR, Tardiness, Payment, Cancellationa and Disclaimers)

Refund Policy:

Please be advised that Soulsavercpr LLC does not provide refunds for any reason whatsoever. However, we do allow for a 30-day rescheduling period for any course that has been paid in full. It is important to note that you will only be permitted to reschedule your course once. Failure to attend the rescheduled course will result in forfeiture of your payment. For special circumstances we will allow any refund, the refund fee will be deducted.

CPR Policy:

As per the guidelines established by the American Heart Association (AHA) and American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI), students are required to perform CPR correctly, including demonstrating proper depth, speed, and accuracy on mannequins. In the case of an instructor-led course, students will be expected to pass a written exam. If a student is unable to pass both the written and skill exams, they will not receive a certification card, nor will they be granted a refund.

However, students will have the opportunity to take a remedial course and attempt the written and skill exams again, or to take another class free of charge within 30 days of the failed course. It is important to note that students will not receive a certification card until they have successfully demonstrated all skills and passed the written exam.

We at Soulsavercpr LLC take the importance of proper CPR training seriously, and we are committed to ensuring that all students are fully equipped to perform CPR correctly in any situation. If you have any questions or concerns about our policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Tardiness Policy:

We at Soulsavercpr LLC understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may cause a student to be tardy for their CPR class. However, please note that students may not be more than 15 minutes late to their CPR class. If a student arrives more than 15 minutes late, they will need to reschedule their class within 30 days of the original late class.

For CNA students, the lateness allowance is extended to 30 minutes for in-person classes. If a CNA student is more than 30 minutes late, they will need to reschedule their class.

Please note that each student is only permitted to reschedule their class once, regardless of the reason for lateness. Failure to attend the rescheduled class will result in forfeiture of the payment.

Payment:

Please note that for any CNA course, a deposit is required in order to secure a seat. However, the course must be paid in full before the start of the class.

In the case of CPR or any other course that we offer, no deposit is required. However, the course must be paid in full in order to hold a seat.

We appreciate your cooperation with our payment policy and look forward to providing you with top-quality CPR and CNA training. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
